Tallest ductile frame concrete building in the West Coast. Largest Tenant: Warner Brothers Studios - Burbank. Work performed included CADD input of full Facilities Management set on IBM-compatible systems with Unix-based "Arris" design software provided by Automated Drafting Systems. Other work completed included Off-site Improvement Drawings, Interior Design of Lobbies and Restrooms; as well as Linking of Cadd drawings to the Primavera Project Management System for Construction Firm: Kumagai-Gumi of Japan.
