In the wake of the 2008 Financial System Meltdown, the marketing of residential and commercial properties changed drastically. Partly because of a slow economy, but mostly due to the long overdue burst of the 'Housing Bubble', a painful downward spiral of housing prices was unleashed on an unsuspecting public just before the presidential election. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise, for soon we would all learn about dysfunctional banking. |

Predatory lending, mortgage backed securities, credit default swap insurance fraud and corrupt bail-outs were the backdrop. Millions of tax paying Homeowners were left holding the bag, and selling a home now required something 'different'. That's when 'Value-added Modeling' came in: By showing potential buyers what their new home could be, and with a 'starter set of cadd drawings', selling a home would now become easier than ever. |
