PRESENTATION SCHEMATICS |
First Chapter |
Once planning issues have been satisfactorily resolved, presentation schematics are usually generated as a way of analyzing all of the design possibilities available within the parameters established at the planning stage. Here the focus becomes a balancing act between buildings and the contextual flows around them.
Presentation methods at this stage need to remain sketchy in nature to permit further creativity, allow for substantial Owner to Planner to Designer interaction and to provide a basis for further design development. Keeping in mind that original seed of inspiration is not always easy through the entire process of assembling and executing a project. However, with a little bit of advance planning, this too can be accomplished. |
