DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PRESENTATIONS |
First Chapter |
Design development has traditionally involved rendered images and perspectives of one type or another. However, because of time and budget constraints, only one or two options were ever really explored.
The key is to present one very well developed option - but only after exploring as many options as possible. At this point many Clients begin pushing for Construction Documents to overlap Design Development, but holding off until both Planning Departments and Architectural Review Boards have their say is usually wise. | |||||
