CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Projects that experience dramatic transformations during their construction document phase, produce a final product that only vaguely resembles original schematics or approved design development drawings.

By using 3D-models generated at the early stages of a project, design intent can be cross-referenced and preserved. With production and design directly linked - production also becomes a more efficient process.

Some foreign countries do not have 'construction document phases' at all. Instead, they go directly from design development to construction. This makes using 3D-models early on in a project even more critical.
